Welcome to KC'S TEES. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We specialise in personalised clothing, workwear, printed gifts and custom-made products.

1. Orders & Personalisation

All personalisation details must be checked carefully before placing an order, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colours, photographs and designs.

We produce personalised items using the information supplied by the customer.

We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in personalisation details supplied incorrectly by customers, provided the finished product matches the agreed specifications.

If we make an error, we will work with you to put it right in accordance with your statutory rights.

2. Product Images & Colours

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing methods and materials.

Product descriptions and specifications form part of your order. Any significant difference from the agreed description will be addressed in accordance with your consumer rights.

3. Customer-Supplied Images & Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photographs, logos, artwork or designs submitted for printing.

By supplying a design, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce it.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing material that may infringe intellectual property rights or that we reasonably consider unlawful or inappropriate.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and will contact customers where an order is affected. We will not charge an increased price without the customer's agreement.

5. Production & Processing Times

Many of our products are printed or prepared to order.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, personalisation requirements and availability of materials.

Any stated production or delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed.

If we cannot fulfil an order within the agreed or legally required timeframe, we will contact you and explain your options.

6. Delivery

We offer UK delivery, subject to the delivery options available at checkout.

Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate.

Our responsibility for delivery and your statutory rights remain unaffected by the actions of the delivery provider.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This exemption does not apply automatically to every item printed after an order is placed.

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, customers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns where stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products remain covered by UK consumer law.

8. Customer-Supplied Photographs

Photographs supplied for personalised orders will be used to produce the requested products.

We will not use customer photographs or finished personalised orders for promotional purposes without the appropriate permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Our original website content, branding, product photographs and designs remain the property of KC'S TEES or their respective rights holders.

Customers may not reproduce our original designs or branding commercially without permission.

Customer-owned artwork remains the property of its rightful owner.

10. Faults & Complaints

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us through our website.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
