How to take your eye photos

• Use bright natural daylight, ideally beside a window.
• Get close so the eye fills most of the frame: less face, more eye.
• Make sure the iris is clear, sharp and in focus.
• Look towards the camera and keep eyelids and eyelashes out of the way where possible.
• Avoid flash, filters and artificial colour enhancement.
• Send the original high-resolution photos, not screenshots.

The clearer your photos, the more detail we can use in your artwork. Finished artwork is an artistic interpretation of your photographs.
